Colombia Tierradentro's coffee has a powerful, sweet aroma with fruity and floral notes. Its remarkable balanced flavor has distinct hints of caramel. Creamy in body with medium-high acidity, it has a fruity and long-lasting aftertaste and uses a medium jungle roast. It comes from an inland region rugged with abrupt peaks and deep canyons.

Colombia Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta's coffee has an extremely intense and sweet aroma with citric and caramel notes. It has a balanced flavor with distinct hints of chocolate and walnuts. Full bodied, it has moderate acidity and a clean and smooth aftertaste. It uses a moderately dark crisp roast.
