Our coffees have been rated as specialty coffees by Licensed Q Graders, certified by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI,) using the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) scale.
Licensed Q Graders evaluate our coffee thought out the entire coffee process.
They evaluate the coffee in parchment before it is purchased, in green beans, and once it is roasted as well in order to assure cup quality from beginning to end.
